ďalší argument na to, aby sa začal seriózne riešiť R4-SO aj 2.časť nech už pôjde akoukoľvek trasou, lebo v roku 2022 máme v PO ďalší BIG problem, a ak nebude R2 okolo KE potom aj KE si prídu na svoje (keďže ten R2 úsek zatiaľ nebol rozbehnutý a tým pádom nie je jasné, ani kedy bude termín).
